Lease Sources comprises of business professionals from various fields of Property Management that includes but not limited to shopping mall operations, shopping mall and real estate leasing, lease marketing and administration, franchising and retail management of food and non-food establishments. Our professionals have a great understanding and high standards of lease administration, marketing, finance, engineering, public relation and law (contracts).

COMPANY EXECUTIVES
                                                                             

MR. CARLO B. DIZON, Principal                                                                        

An independent Property Consultant for more than 10 years, MR. CARLO B. DIZON, has handled several buildings and projects such as shopping mall operations, lease marketing and administrations. His introduction to the field of Property Management began as a Management Trainee for Shopping Mall Operations and eventually supervised lease administration for Famers Plaza, Araneta Center, lease management and lease marketing for Uniwide Coastal Mall and finally Rustan Superstore Cubao as Leasing and Mall Manager. From thereon, Mr. Dizon has been an independent Consultant handling other forms of establishments like commercial buildings or open lot properties.

ATTY MICHAEL C. RAMIREZ, General Counsel             

Member of the Philippine Bar since 1997 has been connected with the United Coconut Planters Bank, Villa Partners Law Office, Department of Environment and Natural Resources.  Atty. Ramirez is now a Senior Partner at the Guzman Cruzat & Ramirez Law Office.  Adept with preparation of legal documents and presently a retainer for the following companies: PS Bank, Better Buildings Inc., Vasquez Madrigal Group of Companies, PBCOM, UCPB and others.

MS. NANETTE L. RACAL, Senior Partner   

An authority to the dynamics of Mall Leasing, MS. NANETTE L. RACAL has earned her  10 years leasing experience by working hand in hand with the Management of Robinsons Land Corporation, Festival Supermall Inc. and Gotesco chain of Malls. Ms. Racal has achieved significant contributions in Tenancy Management, Rental Reviews and Tenant Relations in her leasing career which began since 1994. Her expertise is not only limited to the aspects of the leasing field but extends over to the technical aspects of business development, events and exhibits. Her exposures on these fields were enforced when she worked for two giant retailers under Food and  Non-food divisions, thereby contributing to her in depth business understanding of the retail / commercial industry.  

MR. JORGE ROMUALDO C. SOLOMON, Senior Managing Parner          

MR. JORGE SOLOMON is a graduate of Bachelor of Science In Geodetic Engineering and Master of Arts in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of the Philippines. At present, he also holds the positions of Lease Management Specialist for Asian Development Bank and the Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council (ADB-HUDCC), Managing Director for SYNTACS Inc. (Synergy and Tactics) and Consultant/Adviser for RASA. From 2001 - 2004, he was also a Consultant / Adviser to the General Manager for the National Housing Authority (NHA).                                                                             

MR. MARC B. CAGATAN                       

As a seasoned leasing professional, Mr. MARC B. CAGATAN, gained in-depth experience in Shopping Center Management while working in Araneta Center, Inc. (one of the country's pioneers in the shopping center industry) for the past ten (10) years. He started out as a Management Trainee of ACI's Property Management Program (PMTP) in 1996 and was consistently exposed to the over-all workings of a Shopping Center environment, aided by sound fundamental pronciples of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC - a respected association of shopping center professionals worldwide).                                                        Mr. Cagatan spent 5 years with the Leasing Group before assuming the position of Executive Assistant to the President & Chief Operating Officer (COO) of ACI. This later assignment served him in good stead as it gave him solid and advanced exposure in Leasing, Marketing, Operations, Business Development, Legal work, among other related fields. He was also previously engaged in Trade Exhibit Organizing, a venture he undertook while doing Leasing Consultancy. Mr. Cagatan holds degrees in Management and Law.          

MS. AMY S. BUTIAL                      

MS. AMY S. BUTIAL is a "Versatile Manager" as proven by her more many years of adequate experience as Manager in varied fields of industry. She had 5 years of sufficient experience in Food and Beverage / Hotel and Restaurant Management when she handled a group of hotels in Metro Manila. She became part of Leasing and Mall Management of Robinson's Land Corporation and Uniwide Holdings Inc. for more than 6 years. Subsequently, she became the Operations Manager of a retail company with over a hundred stores nationwide. It was in this company where she had a hands-on experience of handling a retail business from conceptualization, feasibility studies, construction, opening, marketing and sustaining it through well-planned systems and procedures in operations.                                                                                                     Presently, she also heads a Training School which handles Training and Development of Security, Retail, Office, Hotel and Restaurant Personnel. Ms. Butial has a College Degree in Management and Masteral Studies in the fields of Business and Education. Ms. Butial is also a professor in one of the reputable universities in Manila.

  • Propose a proper and suffice organizational structure in the accounting, maintenance / technical, security and janitorial departments

Marketing and Advertising                                                            

  • Review of rental rates, and if necessary, aircon and utility charges and services
  • Preparation of a marketing plan encompassing sales promotions, advertising, community and public relations
